The CADE Portal

The CADE Portal is a dedicated online platform designed to streamline the tuning process for workshops.Through the portal, workshops can:- Upload original ECU and TCU files- Submit detailed vehicle information and modification lists- Attach datalogs to assist with diagnosis and refinement- Request ECU and transmission calibrations- Track job progress and turnaround times- Communicate directly with CADE calibratorsThis system removes guesswork and ensures every calibration is built with the correct information from the start.

How the Process Works

  • Dealer Application: Workshops apply to become an authorised CADE dealer. Once approved, access to the CADE Portal is provided.
  • Equipment Selection: Workshops purchase the required CADEFlash equipment, including OBD and bench flashing solutions where required.
  • Training & Onboarding: CADE provides training to ensure workshops understand the flashing process, data collection, and correct workflow.
  • File Submission: Original files are read from the vehicle and uploaded to the portal along with vehicle details and any supporting datalogs.
  • Calibration & Delivery: CADE calibrators review the submission and supply a custom calibrated file, ready to be flashed back to the vehicle.

ECU & Transmission Calibration

CADE offers both ECU and transmission tuning solutions. This includes: engine performance calibrations, torque management optimisation, drivability improvements, transmission shift strategy optimisation, DSG and automatic transmission tuning, and support for pre-CVN and locked transmission systems where applicable. All calibrations are developed in house and tested to ensure reliability, safety, and consistency.
